Ladies and Gentlemen: We have found the culprit:
(Something here doesn't belong...)
At precisely 12:41 am, I was awakened by the sound of chiming Christmas Ornaments. In my haze of sleep, I realized we have no Christmas Chimes....
Through some Festivus Miracle, I managed to find - in a VERY dark living room - our camera on the ottoman. For some unknown reason, the flash worked on the first photo...the other two were too dark to discern any possible evidence.
But one photo was all it took.
I knew Mr. Cow was right the first time...
If I can tackle Ironman 2X, I can surely deal with Cat-in-Tree. Now...what exactly to do...?

That is soooo funny!
ha ha ha...hilarious! it's just cozy for him though, right? :)
awww look how cute he is...if he can get himself up there and settled.. well i say bravo! that takes skill :)
Wow, that is so impressive that he didn't take the tree down! So cute!! But then again, I don't have to deal with it either! haha
Is that the mini monster or Tabbitha??? What a riot. Since we'll be at the beach @ Christmas, we're forgoing a tree here so no issues w/ kitties and ornaments.
Classic!
so funny. I am just hoping that mine don't discover the tree! I have put it up on a counter but dont' think it will take very long....
Ha Ha! That is awesome! Good luck creating an action plan for the cat-burglar!
It's the Mini Monster, Anabelle. IF it were Tabbitha, she would have brought down the entire tree within a matter of seconds. It looks like Anabelle - SHE's the culprit....
So adorable it makes it really hard to get made at them :) So cute!

THAT is why we love cats. ;)
Told you she wanted to be a forest kitty!!!!
HAHAHAHA!!! I can't believe the cat is IN the tree. That is hilarious!! Can't wait to hear the solution... ;)
Oh my f-ing word. I am speechless.
This just keeps getting better every day.
Oh there's no solution to this other than, find the cat in the tree adorable ;)
What, you don't want a live kitty Christmas ornament? :)
How awesome that you were able to catch her in the act!!
Too funny!
That is the best photo of a Christmas tree that I have see so far this year!
Bravo, for catching her in the act and putting the pic up at this time of day, eh, night.
Way too cute!!!! :o)
That is SOOOO funny! Last year Karel and I were about to give Smudla (our cat) her x-mas present and we kept calling her name and looking everywhere for her. Finally, after 15 minutes of looking for her she crawls out from under the tree. Silly cats!

That would make a great photo for your Christmas card! I can't believe that's the same little kitty that was limping around the first time I came over to your place!
